TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering this giveaway (the "Competition"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Promoter

The promoter of this Competition is CrossFit Raven, located at 166 Marshalltown Rd, Grovedale VIC 3216, Australia.

2. Eligibility

This Competition is open to individuals who:

  • Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Reside within a 20km radius of CrossFit Raven, 166 Marshalltown Rd, Grovedale VIC 3216, Australia.

  • Are not employees, contractors, or immediate family members of the Promoter.

Proof of age and residency may be required to claim the prize.

3. Entry Period

The Competition will commence on December 7, 2024 and conclude at December 30, 2024 at 11.59pm. All entries must be received during this time to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must fill out the entry form, including correct email and phone number. Bonus entries are eligible if a person follows @CrossFitRaven on Instagram, like the giveaway post, and tag two friends. These bonus mechanisms are null unless the person has first and foremost entered their details. Entries that do not comply with the instructions will be deemed invalid.

5. Prize

The prize consists of Fitness and Recovery benefits valued at AUD $500. This includes; an essential membership to P3 Geelong, a Lotus Wheel pack valued at $139 and a 5 week membership to CrossFit Raven starting from January 03, 2025. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other products or services. The prize may not be sold, and any attempt to do so will result in forfeiture.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be randomly selected using impartial drawing on January 02, 2025.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via email, or phone within 24 hours of the draw.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, a redraw will occur, and a new winner will be selected. This process will continue until a winner is successfully contacted.

8. Publicity

By entering the Competition, the winner agrees to the use of their name and image in promotional material related to the Competition, including but not limited to social media, without additional compensation.

9. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who provides false information, breaches these Terms and Conditions, or engages in unlawful or improper conduct.

10. Privacy

All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Competition and contacting the winner.

11. Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), arising from or in connection with the prize or the Competition, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the Competition at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise, subject to applicable laws.

13. Governing Law

This Competition and its Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
