Regardless of your choice of class size, once you take that first step through the door at CrossFit Raven and start your first WOD, we assure you you’ll never look back. Every one of our WOD’s:

  • are designed and tailored to challenge everyone, working the same muscles with the same intensity

  • run for 1 hour duration 

  • are led by our coaches who are experts in matching weight, repetitions, rounds, and distances to your level of ability (otherwise known as scaling)

  • begin with your coach demonstrating all the movements for the workout with scaled varieties to suit your personal level of fitness

So look no further than CrossFit Raven. Ride on over (if it isn’t too far) and come on in. We’ll be glad to see you and welcome you to watch one of our many classes throughout the week.
